Ranir and P&G Settle Patent Infringement Dispute

Ranir agreed to certain confidential commercial terms in exchange for rights to P&G patents.

Procter & Gamble Company has resolved its patent infringement dispute with Ranir, LLC regarding Ranir’s tooth whitening strip products in the United States and Canada.   On March 20, 2017, P&G filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Ranir, asserting infringement of US Patent Nos. 5,891,453 and 5,894,017 with respect to certain Ranir tooth whitening strip products.  P&G and Ranir have worked together to negotiate a mutually-agreeable resolution to the underlying dispute, a...
